Terre Haute DUI charges

Under the Indiana Code, it is a Class C Misdemeanor to operate a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) of .08 to .15 grams of alcohol per 100 milliliters of blood or 210 liters of breath.  Penalties for Class C Misdemeanors can include up to 60 days in prison and a fine of $500.
